Basically, they are the same; except that the MP4 player can play videos while the MP3 player cannot.

I have a video file on my PC, how can I transfer it to my MP4 player?
Go to the download section and download the AMV Converter.  Do not forget to customize the image size so it will fit to the screen size of your MP4 player.

Can I backup my phonebook on a PC?
Yes, go to the download section and download the Driver for COM Port and fLoAt’s Mobile Agent program.  Plug the supplied USB cable of your mobile phone to a PC and choose COM Port.  When MS Windows asked for a driver, simply locate the folder “Driver for COM Port”, once installed, run the fLoAt’s Mobile Agent application.  Click on the CONNECT button.  Once your phone is detected, go to the Contacts menu on the fLoAt’s Mobile Agent, right click on the Phone memory or SIM memory and choose “Download Entire Phonebook”.  If your PC hangs, simply restart the fLoAt’s Mobile Agent application and try it again.
